BACH Text to Image Result Completeness: output_count, generated_count, and partial

A successful Text to Image task does not automatically mean every requested image was generated. Learn how to retain the requested output_count, compare it with generated_count, inspect partial and returned arrays, and apply an application-level acceptance policy.
